We are a company founded from a family-run project, made up of stories, passion, relationships, trust, courage. We work every day to ensure that the meats that arrive on your table bring healthy and valuable nourishment, but also to make each of our customers feel “one of the family”.
A small corner of the world, heterogeneous, curious, in which we wanted to make available our long experience as meat cutters, skilled craftsmen able to turn slaughtered cuts into steaks, ribs and all the other typical cuts.

The opening of the business, back in 1990, followed the dream of bringing a shop with a wide selection of local gastronomic excellence in an area, the one of Langhirano, which is already the cradle of Parmesan food and wine. The vineyards and the maturing of the famous Parma Ham are the setting for our butcher’s shop, where the pleasure of the eyes blends with the taste, where attention to good and healthy food is combined with knowing how to choose.

In our shop the dream of living a unique food and convivial experience comes true, keeping the meat in its various forms at the center, giving rise to a cuisine that is inspired by the classic craftsmanship of the Italian butcher masters.
